vega/taimyrensis intergrade (hibrid), or "Yellow-legged vegae"?
When we remember "Yellow-legged Herring Gulls"
are seen in Europe or North America,
I guess that "Yellow-legged vegae" also probably exists in some degree.
On the other hand, I guess vega/taimyrensis intergrades that are closer to vegae
would be often difficult to distinguish from "Yellow-legged vegae".(¿ìÁöÇ϶ó´ÔÀÇ

If the P10 is new (-though I don't
know), probably it is not taimyrensis,
and is more suitable for mongolicus ( or unusual white-headed vegae?) .

My guess is a late-molter juvenile of schistisagus.
schistisagus molt/worn earlier than vegae. But late-molters are often seen.

This resembles vegae generally, and may
be a vegae.
But I feel also some schistisagus-like impressions in the scapular markings
and overall impressions.
vegae/schistisagus are not difficult in typical birds, but sometimes I also
see some difficult examples.
